GOUR DHAM NABADWIP (Udyam Reg. No. UDYAM-WB-15-0118811) is a service provider offering pilgrimage tours, temple darsan, boat rides, vehicle hire and lodge bookings in Nabadwip Dham, West Bengal, India. We do not sell, manufacture or ship any physical goods.
This policy explains how booking confirmations, vouchers and the actual on-ground services are delivered to you after a successful payment.
1. Nature Of Our Offering
All bookings made through this website are for services, not products. Accordingly, no courier, postal or logistics shipping is involved. “Delivery” in our context means:
- Digital delivery of booking confirmation, e-voucher, itinerary and meeting-point details.
- Service delivery on the scheduled date at our designated meeting point in Nabadwip Dham, Nadia, West Bengal.
2. Booking Confirmation (Digital Delivery)
- On successful payment you will receive a booking confirmation by email and / or WhatsApp on the contact details you provided at the time of booking.
- The confirmation typically includes: booking ID, name of the package, date and time of the tour, number of pilgrims, meeting point, guide / driver contact, payment summary and our office contact.
- Confirmation is normally delivered within 5 – 30 minutes of payment. In rare cases (failed message gateways, incorrect contact details) this can take up to 24 hours.
- If you do not receive a confirmation within 24 hours, please contact us at gourdhamnabadwip@gmail.com or call +91 7699738819 with your transaction reference number. We will resend the confirmation immediately.
3. Service Delivery (On-Ground)
- All services are delivered at our operational base in Nabadwip Dham, Nadia District, West Bengal – 741302, on the date and at the time specified in your booking confirmation.
- You are required to arrive at the designated meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time and present your booking ID (digital or printed) to our representative.
- Tour duration, route, and inclusions are as stated in the package description and the booking confirmation.
- We do not arrange transport from the customer's home city to Nabadwip unless that is explicitly part of the booked package.
4. Service Area
Our services are presently delivered only within the geographic area of Nabadwip and surrounding pilgrimage sites in Nadia District, West Bengal. We do not currently operate outside this region. International customers are welcome to book; however, the service itself is delivered only at our Nabadwip operational base.
5. Delivery Charges
Because no physical goods are shipped, no shipping or delivery fee is charged over and above the package price displayed at checkout. All applicable taxes and payment gateway charges, if any, are shown clearly before you confirm payment.
6. Failed Or Delayed Service Delivery
If we are unable to deliver the service on the scheduled date due to reasons within our control, you will be entitled to a full refund or a free reschedule, as set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
We are not liable for delays caused by customer-side issues such as late arrival, incorrect contact details, missed boarding, or non-compliance with temple dress code or safety instructions.
7. Force Majeure
Service delivery may be affected by events outside our reasonable control, including extreme weather, river or road conditions, strikes, public emergencies, government restrictions, or major religious events. In such cases we will contact you on your registered phone or email at the earliest and offer a refund or reschedule per the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Customer Responsibilities
- Provide a working mobile number and a valid email address at the time of booking.
- Keep your phone reachable on the day of the tour for guide / driver coordination.
- Arrive at the meeting point on time with a valid government photo ID.
- Inform us in advance of any special requirement, mobility need or medical condition.
9. Changes To This Policy
We may update this Shipping & Delivery Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. The policy in effect on the date of your booking is the policy that applies to that booking.
