Gour Dham Nabadwip offers guided spiritual tour packages in Nabadwip Dham, West Bengal, India, including:

• Guided temple darsan (visit) tours
• Boat rides on the Jalangi River
• Toto (electric auto) transport within Nabadwip
• Combined tour packages (temple + river)
• Lodge and accommodation referrals

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time with reasonable notice.

Making a booking

Bookings can be made through our website, by phone, or via WhatsApp. A booking is confirmed only upon our explicit confirmation (via call, message, or email).

Pricing

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without prior notice; however, confirmed bookings will be honoured at the agreed price.

Payment

Payment terms (advance, full payment, or on-arrival) will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation. We accept cash and common UPI payment methods.

Cancellation by the customer

• Cancellations made 48 hours or more before the tour date: full refund of any advance paid.
• Cancellations made 24–48 hours before the tour date: 50% refund of the advance.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the tour date: no refund.

Cancellation by us

In rare circumstances (extreme weather, public emergencies, or force majeure), we may cancel a tour. In such cases, you will receive a full refund of any amount paid or an option to reschedule at no extra charge.

No-shows

If you do not arrive at the meeting point at the agreed time without prior notice, the booking will be treated as a no-show and no refund will be issued.

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide accurate personal and booking information
• Arrive at the designated meeting point on time
• Follow all instructions given by our guides and operators
• Dress appropriately and respectfully when visiting temples (covered shoulders and legs required at most temples)
• Treat our staff, guides, and fellow pilgrims with respect
• Not engage in any activity that may damage religious property or disrupt worship

Safety

We take safety seriously. All our boat operators are experienced and our vehicles are maintained to appropriate standards. Life jackets are available on all river trips and must be worn when instructed.

Health conditions

Please inform us at the time of booking of any medical conditions, disabilities, or dietary requirements that may affect your participation. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your needs.

Limitation of liability

While we take every precaution to ensure your safety, Gour Dham Nabadwip shall not be liable for any personal injury, loss, theft, or damage to property that occurs during a tour, except where caused by our proven negligence. We strongly recommend obtaining personal travel insurance.
